EnglishThe Affiliate Dashboard enables you to track your players’ activities and monitor your earnings effectively.
Affiliate Dashboard
1. The Affiliate Dashboard displays the commission you earned from the previous day.
2. Commission is updated on a daily basis. If your players lose or win today, you will have to wait the next day to check your latest commission.
3. Commission amount showing on the dashboard is an estimated amount. The Final Commission should be based on the settled commission which will show as “Available” after the Commission has been released every Wednesday.
Commission:
This period = This week’s commission.
Last Period = Last week’s commission.
Active Players :
This period = Active players for this week.
Last period = Last week’s active players.
Why is my commission not showing up?
There are 2 possible reasons why your commission is not showing:
1. If your players are winning their bets, you won’t earn any commission.
2. Your account went from negative to positive today and your players started to lose their bets. Then the commission will be updated and you can see the commission tomorrow.
Registered User and First Deposit
1. New registered players can be monitored here and how many of them actually made their first deposit.
Deposits and Withdrawals
1. Deposits and withdrawals show the total number of deposits and withdrawals done by all your players.
2. Deposits and withdrawals do not affect affiliate’s commission.
Player Bonus
1. Bonus Dashboard provides data of all claimed bonus by your players.
2. This is not a bonus or extra earnings for the Affiliate. This bonus must be deducted when calculating the Affiliate Commission.
VIP Cash Bonus
1. The dashboard shows the total VIP points of your players converted into Cash.
2. This is not a bonus or extra earnings for affiliate. This bonus must be deducted when calculating the Affiliate Commission.
Referral Commission
1. These are all the bonus commissions received by your players whenever they refer new players using refer a friend code.
2. This bonus commission does not affect the commission of the Affiliates.
Turnover
1.The dashboard shows the total valid bets or turnover done by all your players.
2. This Turnover does not affect the commission of the Affiliates.
Affiliate Profit & Loss
1. The dashboard shows the total Profit and loss from all your players.
2. If the amount is positive and showing Black color amount, your players are losing their bets. You can make a commission from the players losses.
3. If the amount is negative and showing Red color amount, your players are winning their bets. You will not earn commission if the players are winning. If your account is negative by the end of the commission period, the negative amount will be carried over into the following week(s).
Note: Affiliate Commission should not be calculated directly from Profit and loss. Commission should be calculated by checking the total net profit which you are not able to view from the dashboard directly. Click here to learn more about how your commission is calculated.
